PGHEA holds monthly coffee night meetings as the main part of our support.  Meetings are usually held on the first Monday of the Month.

Meetings are open to all home educators in the Prince George and surrounding areas. They usually run from 7:00pm to 9:30pm. Nursing babies only, please, no older children - this is our "mom's night out" (and sometimes dad's, too!). Feel free to bring a snack to share, coffee and tea are provided.

Even though we usually have a theme topic to chat about that night, we do encourage everyone to bring their questions, concerns, or joys to share with others, and themes will quickly be put aside if the need arises. :)

As PGHEA is a Christian group, meetings will be opened and closed in prayer and our faith may come up in our conversations. However, we do welcome all home educators to our meetings and our main focus is on homeschooling topics.

  Coffee nights will be held on the first Monday of the month at the Salvation Army Church.
