KNOW YOUR LAWS. If your children are registered under Sections 12 and 13, understanding that section of the law will aid you in knowing your rights and freedoms. If your children are enrolled students in any kind of distance ed/Distributed Learning (DL) program, the remainder of the school act applies to them just as if they attended a school building.
